User Experience Design

Objective: Investigate different possibilities for the UI/UX implementation and operational rollout plan.

Process

The initial user experience ideation phase was done in FigJam: https://www.figma.com/file/Ab9wysYpd8Bex8rkNFUvjn/Untitled?node-id=0%3A1 Approach: Design Thinking / Sprint Process:

A design sprint is a five phase, time constrained process that incorporates design thinking to guide teams from clearly defined goals and validated assumptions to critical design decisions and implementation.

Alternate Approach: Deep Work's Hypersprint process: It is based on the same five phase process as design thinking, but constructed in the following way: https://deepwork.teachable.com/p/deep-work-hypersprint

Steps

Questions to ask: Are we solving the right problem? Does our solution contribute to long-term growth? Are we building on our core strengths? 1) User research 2) environment analysis 3) insights and personas 4) feature prioritization 5) maps and flows / storyboard 6) sketching idea 7) prototyping idea 8) and testing. Also building along the brand identity with the landing page.

Cultural experience ideas:

  • Design for collaboration not in competitive behavior nor gridlock, but in value-generative positive sum games. (Drawback: can be overly time consuming compared to resulting benefits).

Motivation

We should focus on users' motivation to build a product that can be built and continue to be decentralized by users. We want them to be using the funds provided for a good reason or at least to be active users.

Can we create a product that has all the good reasons for users to be motivated and jump in? If we focus on giving motivation to people, they will feel empowered.

People can feel motivated by many reasons such as:
